Join the Trauma & Crisis Response Team (TCRT)

Build capacity. Mitigate trauma. Strengthen your community.

Join a province-wide network of trauma-informed professionals dedicated to rapid crisis intervention.

When a disaster strikes, the difference between long-term trauma and community resilience often comes down to the support provided in the first 72 hours. At ATTCH Niagara, we are building a specialized, province-wide Trauma & Crisis Response Team (TCRT)—a roster of trained professionals equipped to provide immediate, neuro-sequential stabilization.

We are not just looking for volunteers; we are looking for clinical partners.

Whether you are a frontline worker, a child & youth specialist, or a registered therapist, your expertise is the bridge between crisis and recovery. By joining the TCRT, you gain access to proprietary ITATM™ training, ongoing clinical consultation, and the opportunity to provide evidence-based, phase-based intervention when your community needs it most.

Are you ready to be part of a rapid-response team that changes the trajectory of trauma?

We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our province-wide Rapid Response Roster. As a TCRT volunteer, you will be trained in the ITATM™ protocol to provide phase-based, trauma-integration support before, during, and after a crisis. Whether you are a frontline worker, educator, or registered clinician, your skills are vital to helping communities move from survival to recovery.
